DeleteYeah :( They just might be out walkin' around when all of a sound POW. The animal lands to the ground and next is seen as a pelt or product. :(
DeleteI agree that cruelty to animals is WRONG, especially in God's eyes, we are called to be Stewards of the Earth.
ReplyDeleteHowever---just to comment on trapping for fur, it is regulated back home in the US, but because it is less popular to own furs (like foxes or racoons) there is not as much trapping and the number of rabies cases have skyrocketed. People and pets are exposed alot more now and rabies is deadly!
So in the defense of trapping, it does keep populations under control and keep diseases down.
But there is no excuse for being cruel to any living thing, its disgusting!
I know. Rabies is bad; I'm not against SOME killings. Like: hunting for meat, an animal around you that could kill, taking a diseased animal out of its misery, and well stuff that makes a good point. It's okay if you like own chickens and a fox invades and tries to kill them and you have to shoot them. But anything that doesn't have a good reason is horrible to me; money isn't a good reason...

ReplyDeleteI SO AGREE!! But even if an animal was SOOOO RARE OR SOOOO COMMON No madder how much of them there is They still have lives... If they had rabies it WOULD be a good idea to get it out of its mysery, but they lived here WAY before us!!! The animals have so many losses of there lives these days...
Well i gotta admit, It happens to many animals by Wolves and eagles and coyotes and stuff. But i guess it is how life goes we hunt for food just like the animals of the forest. But you should stay away from real pelt and skin products if you wanna be a good person I:> They should use fake fur or at least ANYTHING thats not real animal fur!
The inuit need that to survive though, but it is how life goes i guess.
